Origin Story
A young couple bought the land and worked the vines with the ambition of producing wines that were simple yet remarkable. Tragically, during the record harvest of 1926, the wife died. Her death remains unsolved and she is rumoured to appear when there is a full moon during the harvest.

Tasting Notes
Pastry crust and toasted almonds give way to lemon cream and chai on the nose. The palate is elegant with mouth-watering acidity and texture. Pears, apples and briny wet stone linger on a second sip finish.
